How It All Began
We had been in business for 20 years, decided to "retire" early and needed an interest, now that we had all day to ourselves. We decided to spend our time on something we both enjoyed.
We bought a lovely Bullmastiff puppy (Sasha) from friends, Mac and Angie McInnes, who live in the next village. She was and still is an absolute joy!
Mac has been involved with Bullmastiffs all of his life and along with Angie, they have some superb dogs. With their experience of breeding. rearing, showing and judging they have helped us immensely. We acquired another puppy (Jodie) and this encouraged us to investigate the Mastiff breed further.

We became interested in the Dogue-De-Bordeaux and contacted Alan and Kerry Bates in Kent. They invited us down to their kennels, where we fell in love with the Dogues and bought our first puppy (Molly) from them. Alan and Kerry were so helpful, with advice and tips, that they made our "breakthrough", into this breed, very enjoyable!
